To the friends and family that call Radiant Church home, yesterday we made an important announcement about the future and direction of the congregation moving forward.
After much prayer and counsel, the leadership of Radiant Church has come to the difficult decision to close the doors and end this season. Enduring and coming out of a pandemic has brought its challenges and the Lord was faithful through it all. However, we are unfortunately at a place that we can no longer maintain our current ministry to the incredible people of greater Nashville area like we used to or in an impactful way.
The fruit of the past four years of faithfulness still echoes and manifests in lives changed, marriages healed, children impacted, believers grown to maturity, neighborhoods transformed, missionaries sent, the lost saved, and sleepers coming alive. We didn’t come here to start a church, but to be a blessing and that we were. Although this chapter is coming to a close, the vision and mission has come to pass.
When a church closes its doors, its life is not lost— it’s only redistributed. Our vision never fit within the topography of four walls. Our vision was always existent beyond walls. This isn’t a leaving. This is a launching.
It has been our highest honor to serve the greater Nashville area and each one of you. We love each and every one of you and believe your best days are ahead.
