Grief is real. So is our hope in Jesus. Because He rose again, we can trust that we’ll see those we’ve lost in Christ again.

This week, put that hope into action. Reach out to someone who is grieving. Pray with them, listen, and remind them they don’t have to walk through it alone.

God sees the persecution of His people, and He is not indifferent to their suffering. His wrath is real. So is His mercy. Even Paul, who persecuted the church, could be forgiven.
We are sinners who need that mercy. The wrath we deserve was poured out on Christ at the cross. The question is whether we’ll receive God’s mercy through Jesus, or face His judgment ourselves.

Sexual intimacy was designed for marriage. When we step outside God’s design, it doesn’t lead to freedom. It leads to consequences.

God’s boundaries aren’t meant to keep us from life. They’re meant to protect what He designed.

Jesus didn’t say, “I know what you believe.”

He said, “I know your works.”

What you believe should change how you live.

Grace isn’t permission to keep living in sin. John says those who remain in fellowship with Jesus are those who obey Him.

So ask yourself:

Does my life show that I belong to Jesus?

Don’t just believe it. Live it.

What does it look like to eagerly expect the return of Jesus?

Simeon was devout, righteous, and eagerly expecting Jesus. He knew God would keep His Word, and because he was watching and waiting, he recognized Him when He came.

We’re called to do the same.

When we eagerly expect Christ’s return, we don’t just wait. We prepare. We purify. We live faithfully.

So this week, live like Jesus is coming back. Because He is.

So what does “soon” mean?
2,000 years later?

It means we’re called to live with urgency, stay faithful, and be ready.

He is coming. Live ready.
