Balancing Buddies Class-The Wednesday Night
Woman's Class is sponsoring a Balancing Buddies Class.
Finding your footing shouldn't feel like a chore. Our Balance Buddies class is designed specifically for women who want to stay steady, strong, and independent—all while having a bit of a laugh with a great group of ladies.
We focus on gentle, low-impact movements that improve core stability and leg strength without putting stress on your joints. Whether you're looking to feel more confident on your morning walk or just want to move with more ease, we’re here to help you find your center. Join us this Saturday, May 9th from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
