St Philip Learning Center An educational program for ages 3-18. Instruction utilizes the Montessori educational philosophy and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd programs. The St.

Philip Learning Center is an affordable Catholic education located in the heart of downtown Franklin. While our catechetical lessons embrace the teachings of the Catholic Church, we warmly welcome all children. Our mission is to assist parents in the development of the whole child: academically, fostering a love of learning; emotionally, inspiring self-confidence and independence; and spiritually, encouraging them to grow as children of God.
