Hey GraceLand family! 👋 Life is better connected, and we have some exciting news: FALL Groups are officially OPEN starting this Sunday!

Finding your people and growing as disciples of Jesus is at the heart of our church family. This Sunday, pop by the lobby after service to meet our amazing small group leaders in person, ask questions, and find the group that’s right for you! You can also browse and sign up directly on the Church Center App (https://graceland.s.gy/app).

Then in our services, we are diving into a powerful message called "Divine Interruptions" from Mark 5:21–34. We’ll look at how Jesus moves in unexpected moments. Come ready to grow as people of God’s Word and mature as disciples of Jesus! We’ll lift up the name of Jesus together, gather around the Lord’s Table, and partner with the ministry of the Spirit. What an incredible time we had at our Church Picnic! 🧺☀️

Our hearts are so full as we look back at our church family gathering together, sharing meals, laughing, and building community. And can we talk about the Cookie Bake-Off? 🍪 From oatmeal raisin to creative new recipes, you all brought your absolute best, and our judges had a wonderfully tough time picking the winners!

We want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, brought a side, entered the bake-off, or served to make the day so special. We have so much to celebrate and give thanks for, and we love seeing the joy of serving and fellowship alive in our GraceLand family!

We love you, and we can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 9 AM or 10:45 AM as we gather around the Lord’s table and dive back into the Word together!

TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! ☀️ Our 2nd Annual Cookie Bake-Off & Church Picnic is officially here, and we cannot wait to share life together outside of our normal Sunday rhythms!

We want to send a quick reminder to everyone who has already signed up—we’ll see you tomorrow, Saturday, August 29th from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM! And if you haven't RSVP’d yet? It is not too late! Then on Sunday, we are diving into an incredible and highly anticipated topic as we continue the Book of 2nd Peter. Pastor Nathan will be teaching on the return of the Lord from 2nd Peter 3:1-18. This is a timely passage that speaks deeply to our hope and how we live with expectancy today. Come ready to grow as people of God’s Word and mature as disciples of Jesus! We’re preparing for our sermon series, Table Conversations, which begins this Fall. Our goal is to address the biggest questions and most difficult topics facing believers today. If you could sit down at a table with Jesus and ask anything, what would your questions be? They could be about you, theology, culture, or life in general. No right or wrong questions.

How amazing that our Kingdom Builders partner from Japan felt led to share a message about endurance without knowing that Endurance is our theme for the year as we study 1st and 2nd Peter! The Lord is faithful to speak and lead as He orchestrates our lives. Be encouraged! The Lord sees you and has given you everything you need to run AND finish your race. We have so much to celebrate and give thanks for! New life through Christ, new babies in our church family, answered prayers, miracles, wonders, the joy of serving, and the faithfulness of God through every season. Beginning this Sunday, we’ll have communion and prayer ministry available at the altar every Sunday in each service. We’ve been feeling stirred towards this and we’re excited to see all the Lord will do as we gather around His table and partner with the ministry of the Spirit in prayer.

Pastor Nathan will be sharing a message about being alert and sober-minded, because the enemy is real and we must learn to walk in Jesus’ victory, by God’s grace. We look forward to worshiping with you at 9am or 10:45am.

Our GraceLand Kids and leaders are having an incredible time at camp with ! Please continue to pray for them.

We look forward to worshiping with you this Sunday at 9am or 10:45am as we honor the Lord, pray, build one another up, and hear a message from Pastor Nathan on letting go and letting God. We’ll study four characteristics of a life STEERED BY GOD from 1 Peter 5:5-7. This is how we grow as people of God’s Word and mature as disciples of Jesus.
