Welcome to St. Mary’s, Samuel!

We are very happy to welcome Samuel Kalu to the St. Mary Parish community!

Samuel is a seminarian who is currently discerning a vocation to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Boston. As part of his formation and discernment, Samuel is beginning a pastoral year, during which he will have the opportunity to experience the everyday life of a parish and learn more about the many joys, responsibilities, and occasional surprises that come with parish ministry!

His time with us will also give Samuel the opportunity to become more familiar with the Archdiocese of Boston, get to know the priests of the area, and, most importantly, spend time with the people who make parish life what it is.

We are delighted that Samuel will be sharing this year with us at St. Mary’s. Please be sure to introduce yourself when you see him, offer him a warm St. Mary’s welcome, and keep Samuel in your prayers as he continues to listen for where God is calling him.

HELPING OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED

The St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry is looking for the following items to help our Franklin neighbors in need.

✔️ Canned Fruit
✔️Juice - apple and cranberry
✔️Canned Vegetables - peas and corn
✔️Hygiene Items - toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, body wash
✔️Detergent

Please place your donations in the designated boxes as you enter the church for Mass. If you need to deliver your donation during the week; please deliver to the Rectory Office during regular business hours (Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.). Please do not leave bags outside the doors of the church building.
