People are radiating energy all the time. When it’s positive, it can be contagious; and we can’t help but feel lighter. When it’s negative, we tend to feel drained.

Many people when they are triggered or just having a bad day are not even aware what they are expelling into the environment. And in most cases, you can be sure that it is not personal, though if you are a sensitive person, it can feel that way.

Be discerning. See it for what it is. You can CHOOSE not to take it on, and more importantly not to take it in. You have that power; you get to decide.

Enjoying the good stuff of life relies on our ability to notice it.

We’ve got to see (or feel) something to be grateful for it.

And then… when we identify it, we can use it as a setpoint going forward.
