A new month, a new season, and so much to look forward to! As we welcome September and begin transitioning into fall, our prayer is that this new season would be filled with God’s goodness, His presence, and plenty of opportunities to grow closer to Him. 🤎

We’re especially praying for all of the students, teachers, administrators, and school staff heading back to school, that God would give you peace, wisdom, strength, and a wonderful year ahead! 📚✏️

We’re also so excited for everything happening at GCC this fall! From Bible studies and ministries starting back up to opportunities for fellowship, worship, serving, and growing together, there is so much to look forward to!

Women’s Bible Study Begins Monday, September 14!

Ladies, you’re invited to join us this fall for 12 Women of the Bible: Life-Changing Stories for Women Today, a video-based study exploring the lives of 12 women in Scripture.

Their stories weren’t fairytales. Their journeys weren’t easy. And their lives certainly weren’t perfect. Yet through their struggles, failures, faith, and encounters with God, we can see pieces of our own stories reflected back to us.

Together, we’ll discover how God met these women right where they were—and how He continues to meet us right where we are today. ❤️

What an AMAZING second night at Illumination Station! 🙌 We were so excited to welcome even more kids last night for another evening full of fun, friends, and learning about Jesus! 💙

💡 HELP US LIGHT UP OUR MISSIONARY GOAL! 🌎✨

This week at VBS, our kids have been learning about shining the light of Jesus and they’ve also been putting that into action! Each night, they’ve been bringing in donations to place in our Missionary Offering Jar to support Operation Mobilization and the incredible work they are doing around the world. ❤️

Our goal for VBS is $250, and we’re already at $128! 🎉 That means we’re officially more than halfway there!

Tonight is our LAST NIGHT of VBS, and we would LOVE to see if we can light up that bulb all the way and reach our $250 goal! 💡🙌

Kids can bring their offering tonight and place it in the jar on stage, or anyone who would like to support our VBS missionary offering can give online and select “VBS 2026.” gccflnj.churchcenter.com/giving/to/vbs-2026

What an incredible evening! Thank you to all of the amazing kids and volunteers who made tonight so much fun. We loved seeing everyone learn, laugh, and shine the light of Jesus together! 💡✨

What an incredible Sunday we shared together last week! We celebrated as Tyler, Charlotte, and Julien publicly declared their faith in Jesus through baptism. With over 90 people gathered to worship, it was a powerful reminder of God’s work in the lives of His people and the growth of our church family. Following the service, we enjoyed a wonderful Coffee Fellowship Brunch, celebrating together with food, fellowship, and gratitude for all that God is doing at Grace Community Church.

We pray for friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to know Jesus. We invite them to church. We have conversations. Sometimes they say no. Sometimes nothing seems to change.

But don’t stop praying.

God is always at work, even when we can’t see it. Our job isn’t to change hearts, that’s His. Our job is to faithfully love people, keep praying, keep inviting, and keep reflecting Christ in the way we live.
