Good evening NFBC family. What a blessed first night of VBS we all just had. We started off with the pledges and music, then gathered downstairs for a story. We learned about prayer and being saved!! We had several children meet with brother Mike, Bruce, James and Wayne to have special prayer and answer curious little questions. A true blessing! A fabulous dinner was had of chicken nuggets, home made mac and cheese, cookies and juice. Every child's favorite meal. Followed by craft time and closing the day up with music. I have to admit we have some really good vocals in our young children. Tomorrow is day 2 and im beyond excited to see what our Savior is prepared to do next.

As mentioned on Sunday morning the sister of our member Joyce Jenkins suffered a total loss in a house fire last week due to arson.

This has left her and her grandchildren without a home or any belongings.
