It is with deepest sympathy that we share that Judge Roger Crittenden died in his home on Monday, September 7, after living with lung cancer for 3.5 years.

The Celebration of Life for Judge Crittenden will be held at IBC (1075 Collins Lane, Frankfort, Ky) on Monday, September 14, at 11 a.m.

Visitation will also be held at IBC on Sunday, September 13, from 4-7 p.m., and again on Monday, September 14, at 10 a.m.

Most of the Frankfort community knew him as Judge Crittenden, but we at IBC knew him simply as "Roger," our Sunday School teacher, Moderator, Deacon, and friend. Most recently, he also served on the Pastor Search Committee. His wife, Patty, was a founding member of IBC, and they have both served the church faithfully for many decades. We grieve his loss and send our love to all his beloved family, colleagues, and friends.

Community partners!

Immanuelfest is next month and we're seeking community partners to attend the event and provide information about their services. If your organization is interested, reach out to Sara at [email protected].

This community event is on the front lawn of Immanuel Baptist on Collins Lane from 10am-1pm. We offer a free yard "sale," light breakfast, lunch, activities, live music, and more. We typically have 200+ folks attend and love to provide the opportunity for our neighbors to access community resources and supports.
