We are setting sail for Adventure Island in 18 days!

Don’t miss out on this summer’s best adventure, where we will explore Discovery Island, make new friends and learn more about how God loves each and everyone us.

The early bird registration deadline for Discovery on Adventure Island VBS at Frankford First Christian Church is Sunday, June 28. This free program is open to all children (Pre-K through 5th) regardless of church affiliation. We would love to have your child join us as we set sail for Adventure Island! Registration forms are posted in the comments.

We just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to our NexTrex Recycling Challenge plastics drive! This week, we surpassed a major milestone — collecting more than 3,000 pounds of recyclable plastics! 👏👏👏👏

We also want to thank our Sensational Sorters, who volunteer each weekend to sort through each piece of plastic to ensure that it meets NexTrex's recycling standards, and our delivery drivers who make sure the plastic is safely delivered to Wentzville.

Since we started the challenge in March 2024 as part of our Green Chalice: Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) work, we've collected 3,022 pounds of soft plastic film and packaging! That's a lot of plastic that we are keeping out of local landfills, streams, and roadways!

Our Sorters are going to take a well-deserved break, but please continue to collect your plastic! If you have plastic Our next community drop-off time will be June 28 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall at the church.

Welcome to the Frankford FCC family, Annaliese!

On Sunday, we had the opportunity to officially welcome Annaliese into our church family! In April, Annaliese was baptized alongside eight other young people who also heard God's call in their heart.

During church, Rev. Vaughn presented her with her own Bible and our Frankford FCC family greeted Annaliese with hugs and handshakes after the service.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

🤙 Cowabunga! Tomorrow is Father’s Day, and we are celebrating in style at Frankford First Christian Church!

Grab your brightest tropical prints because tomorrow is officially Hawaiian Shirt Sunday! We're kicking off the day with a free Father's Day Breakfast at 9 a.m. and then worship service at 10 a.m.

So bring your Dad, wear your favorite tropical attire, and join us for a morning of worship, laughs, and tropical fellowship!

Another big thank you to the Good Turn Daily Bluegrass Band for sharing their incredible talents with us yesterday. They took us all down memory lane, performing great gospel hits like "I Saw The Light," "Uncloudy Day," "Keep On The Sunny Side" and so many others!

“Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth; burst into jubilant song with music!” — Psalm 98:4

There was definitely a jubilant sound in Frankford today!

The Good Turn Daily Bluegrass Band put on another great show, blending fast-paced bluegrass music with the deep message of timeless gospel hymns. It was a beautiful afternoon of music!

Thank you to everyone who attended the concert! We will post a few videos of the band's performance tomorrow afternoon, but in the meantime here are a few snapshots from the day.

Raid your couch cushions, empty your piggy banks, it is time for the monthly Children's Coin March!

Tomorrow during worship service Frankford FCC Kids will take their pails through the aisles to collect your spare pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and even your dollar bills!

Money from tomorrow's coin march will go directly to support our Church Food Pantry, helping us feed local families right here in our community. Let’s fill the children's buckets tomorrow and show our neighbors the love of Christ in a tangible way!

Looking for some uplifting music and fellowship to kick off your weekend? Grab your family and friends and head on over to hear the Good Turn Daily Bluegrass Band!

Come clap your hands, tap your toes, and sing along to all your favorite old-time gospel classics like “I Saw The Light,” “I’ll Fly Away,” and so many more!

The free concert starts at 3! Afterwards, all are invited to join us for a light supper in the fellowship hall!
