After Sunday worship and Beacon Kids yesterday, children and adults shared in a joyful rock-decorating activity for our Community Garden shed!

With colorful creativity, laughs, and a little paint on our hands, we added beauty and blessing to our garden space. We are especially grateful to our Girl Scout volunteers for their wonderful work in helping renew the shed.

Happy Mother’s Day from Beacon of Hope!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Mother’s Day Family Service today and helped make our worship so special. We are especially grateful to those who shared meaningful memories, words of wisdom, and stories about mothers and mothering figures whose love has shaped our lives.

Thank you also to the men of our church who brought desserts and treats to share with our church family. Your generosity helped make our fellowship time joyful and warm.

We are sorry to share that, due to a technical glitch with our livestream and recording, today’s service was not properly recorded. We apologize to those who hoped to worship with us online or watch the service later. We will work with our team to address this issue moving forward.

Join us for a Mother’s Day Family Service this Sunday as we celebrate the mothers and mothering figures who have shaped our lives with love, wisdom, and care.

This special celebration will feature a meaningful message honoring the wisdom of our mothers, passed from generation to generation, along with a simple interactive moment where mothers, children, and families will help build the sermon together.

After worship, we will continue the celebration with fellowship in honor of mothers, refreshments, and a Polaroid family photo booth, where families can take home a special Mother’s Day memory.

Bring your children, grandchildren, family, and friends. All are welcome!
