Hearts of Hope was founded by Mr. Carlton Thornhill in the year of 2015. Carlton has recruited a team of people who are just like him, ready and willing to help people who are grief stricken and in a time of need. Our mission is to bring you hope during some of your most questionable and devastating times! We as a group understand that sometimes in life we are placed in undeniably terrible circums
