Vision:
Our vision as a ministry is to build a community of faith for children that is rooted and founded in scripture. By working in partnership with parents and families, we will support the journey of our children in life with Christ and how to be future stewards of the Word to the world. This community of faith will be a space of understanding and guidance for our children as they grow in the
ir spiritual journey. Mission:
Free Life Community Church Children’s Ministry exists to serve the children and teach the Word of God. As Christians we are commanded by God to “make disciples of all nations” and with that commandment we follow through by teaching our children the scripture and how to live by it. Our community of faith is here to help parents and families as they support their children’s spiritual growth and needs. Values:
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” With this, our ministry is guided by the Word of God and thus, model our teachings in this idea. Creating an environment that is safe, welcoming and nurturing for children and their families and one that reflects the love of God for kids. Continuing partnership with teachers, parents and families to better support children and also strengthen our faith community. Lastly, intentionality in service, by teaching children that anyone at any age can be disciples and servants of God and that their willing hearts are the best gift they can give to God.
