It is possible that many in the Lords Church do not know the difference between preachers and the apostles. Preachers are not chosen directly by Jesus or other Godly inspiration. Preachers can teach lessons that members should read and study for themselves. Preachers may possibly preach things which are contrary to Gods word.

Contrary to what is being taught we will be judged and we must study to show to ourselves approved.

Heb 9:27 and many other scriptures

Gal.3:28-There is neither Jew or Greek. Since Jesus died on the cross Jews no longer exist.

Jews today are only people who do not believe Jesus is the Son of God.

Jews today are not descendants of Abraham.

We are children of God through Jesus Christ.

It is taught in assembly that a Christian in the Lords church-Matt 16:18 that we can say we know we are going to Heaven while we live before death. The scripture teaches we must die and face the judgement and only then we can know we are going to Heaven or be lost. 2 Cor 5:10-11, Heb 9:27 and Matt 25:31-46

Though filled with the superficial faith of some, this time of year is a wonderful opportunity to teach the truth. The Lord’s church does not celebrate Easter by the standards of some in the religious world, but we celebrate the Lord’s death, burial, and resurrection on the first day of every week as commanded in the New Testament (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29). The resurrection of Christ is the power of the cross and the foundation of our faith. But, building our faith on superficiality and manufactured religious holidays will never take us to glory. Our Savior died and was resurrected on the third day to affirm the faith of his followers, not the infatuation of his fans. Let us examine the holy scriptures and strive to be Christ’s followers.

The calendar reads “Easter Sunday.” Thus, a few cultural mainstays appear in the religious world. People will attend “the church of their choice” for special “sunrise services.” There will be skits, plays, and dramas to…
