Some lessons are not learned on the mountaintop. They are learned in the valley.

Today, Minister Michelle Rice reminded us through 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 that what we often call a burden, God can use as a blessing. “The Gift of a Thorn” challenged us to look at our struggles differently and to trust that God’s grace is enough, even when life is difficult.

Sometimes the very thing we ask God to remove becomes the tool He uses to strengthen our faith, deepen our character, and draw us closer to Him.

When the thorn remains, God’s grace sustains.
When the burden feels heavy, God’s strength carries.
When we feel weak, His power is made perfect.

Thank you, Minister Michelle Rice, for allowing God to use you to deliver such a timely and powerful word.

“My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

Today, our children are growing up in a world where violence, crime, and negative influences seem to make headlines every day. That is why it is more important than ever that we do more than just watch them. We must pray for them, guide them, encourage them, and show them what a Christian lifestyle looks like through our words and actions.

At Beulah Christian Fellowship with Pastor James W. Nesbitt Sr., we believe every child has purpose, every young person has potential, and every life deserves to be covered in prayer. The world may try to pull them in one direction, but God is calling them to something greater.

So lace up your boots. Put on your backpack. It is time to ride and pray.

Pray for our children.
Pray for our schools.
Pray for our families.
Pray for our future.

The seeds we plant today can change generations tomorrow.
