❤️🙏🏽 CELEBRATING OUR PASTOR — 1ST SUNDAY OF PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH 🙏🏽❤️

What a beautiful and heartfelt day we had at Fosters Community Church as we began our month-long celebration honoring our Pastor, Rev. Timothy Washington!

Today was centered around something every pastor needs and appreciates — PRAYER. 🙏🏽

Our church family gathered around our Pastor at the altar and covered him in prayer, asking God to continue to strengthen him, protect him, encourage him, guide him, and give him everything he needs to continue doing the work God has called him to do. There is something powerful about a church family praying for the one who spends so much time praying for them. ❤️

Our adults presented Pastor Washington with prayer cards, filled with heartfelt prayers, words of encouragement, love, and appreciation. Our youth also made their own special prayer cards, sharing their sweet prayers and messages of thanks to their Pastor. Seeing our children participate and express their love made the moment even more special. 🥰🙏🏽

Pastor Washington, today we wanted you to know that you are covered in prayer! We see your faithfulness, we appreciate your sacrifices, and we thank God for your leadership and dedication to Fosters Community Church.

And this is only the beginning! Each Sunday this month, we look forward to showing our Pastor just how much he means to us.
