Fortuna St. Francis' Episcopal Church

Fortuna St. Francis' Episcopal Church We are a part of the Episcopal Branch of the Jesus Movement:
"Blessed through God's gifts to be a welcoming community..." A warm welcome!

We are active, healthy, welcoming, congregation in Fortuna, California, on the corner of 16th and L Streets. As a vital part of the Jesus Movement of the Episcopal Church, we share:

1. Contemporary and traditional hymns with meaningful words and good music
2. Dynamic liturgical worship ("liturgy" means "the work of the people," so we are active -- standing, kneeling, and taking part in Holy Com

munion each week)
3. Thoughtful preaching, always on the common texts shared by many contemporary churches.
4. Our space with several 12-step groups that meet in our Parish Hall, almost everyday of the week.
4. We are fully handicapped-accessible and hearing impaired-accessible, and have changing tables in our unisex bathrooms. Come visit us and stay for coffee hour so we can meet you!
