Vacation Bible School – Final Night Tonight!

What an incredible week it has been at Mitchell Boulevard Church of Christ! We have witnessed smiling faces, eager minds, great fellowship, and a growing appreciation for God's Word. From our youth activities and scripture challenges to our adult Bible studies, we have truly been blessed.
As we prepare for our final night, we want to encourage everyone to finish strong! Don't miss what God has in store for us tonight. Whether you've attended every night or haven't made it out yet, there is still a seat waiting for you.

At Mitchell Boulevard, we strive to Reconcile, Restore, and Rejoice in the Lord through leadership, stewardship, and most of all, relationships with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

🎉 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – NIGHT ONE WAS A SUCCESS! 🎉

What a wonderful evening at Mitchell Boulevard Church of Christ!

Our adults enjoyed an in-depth study of God's amazing creation. We may have ventured down a few rabbit trails along the way, but that's part of growing together in God's Word. We are all learning, building, and strengthening our faith as we stand on the firm foundation of God's truth.
Our youth had an exciting time participating in a scavenger hunt, Scripture searches, Bible trivia, and friendly competitions to see who could find the Scriptures first. The energy, enthusiasm, and engagement were truly encouraging!
But we're not finished yet!
🌧️ TONIGHT AT 7:00 PM 🌧️ Join us as we continue our Vacation Bible School journey with a study of Noah's Ark—a powerful lesson about faith, obedience, and God's salvation.
Whether you attended last night or this will be your first visit, we want you to know that you are welcome. Our doors are open, our hearts are open, and you will be our honored guest.

Church family, at Mitchell Boulevard Church of Christ, where we reconcile, restore, and rejoice in the Lord through leadership, stewardship, and most of all, relationship, it is time for us to come together and do something special for our children and our community.

Vacation Bible School is not just another event on the calendar. It is an opportunity to plant seeds that can change lives for eternity.

Jesus said in Matthew 19:14, "Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

If Jesus made time for children, then we must make time for children.

June 8th, 9th, and 10th, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., we need every member, every family, every grandparent, every aunt, every uncle, every neighbor, and every friend helping us spread the word.

I want you to think about this: one invitation could bring a child who has never heard about Noah's Ark. One invitation could bring a child who has never heard that God created the heavens and the earth. One invitation could bring a family back to Christ. One invitation could change a generation.

So I'm asking everyone:

~Invite your children.
~Invite your grandchildren.
~Invite your nieces and nephews.
~Invite the children next door.
~Invite your coworkers' children.
~Invite your classmates and friends.

Don't assume somebody else will do it. This is an all hands on deck moment.
Let's fill every classroom. Let's fill every seat. Let's fill this building with young people eager to learn about God.

Grandparents, we especially encourage you to bring your grandchildren. Some of the greatest faith lessons are passed from one generation to the next. Let them see your love for God. Let them hear your testimony. Let them watch you serve.
Church family, this is our opportunity to shine the light of Christ in our community.

Let's pray. Let's invite. Let's volunteer. Let's encourage. Let's show up.

And when June 8th arrives, let's be ready to welcome every child with a smile, a hug, and the love of Jesus Christ.

Remember, we're not just hosting a Vacation Bible School—we're building the next generation of believers.
So let's go to work!

A Special Word of Encouragement

As we concluded our Spring Semester 2026 Bible Study at Mitchell Boulevard Church of Christ, we were blessed to witness Brother Daniel Bostic lead his very first song on Wednesday night!
We thank God for his willingness to step forward, use his talents, and serve in the kingdom. Every journey of faith begins with a first step, and we are proud of Daniel for answering the call to serve in the army of the Lord.
Let us continue to encourage him, pray for him, and support him as he grows in faith, confidence, and service to God. The church is strengthened when each member is willing to step up and use the gifts God has given them.

"And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works." — Hebrews 10:24

Congratulations, Daniel!

Keep pressing forward, keep growing, and keep singing praises to our God. The best is yet to come!

As we conclude our SPRING
Semester here at Mitchell Boulevard Church of Christ, we want to sincerely thank everyone who participated, attended, taught, encouraged, and supported our Bible studies throughout this season.

At Mitchell Boulevard, we continue to RECONCILE, RESTORE, and REJOICE in the Lord through leadership, stewardship, and most of all, a relationship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.

A special thank you to our dedicated teachers and leaders: • Brother Simon

• Brother Tony Washington
Accompanied by our own Brother Van Malone.

Your labor in the Lord has not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate every soul that came out to study another portion of God’s Holy Word.

We encourage EVERYONE to join us TONIGHT for our final class before summer break! If you have been attending this semester, please make every effort to attend tonight so that you may receive your Completion Certificate and help us make sure our attendance records are accurate.

Also, don’t forget — we are now gearing up for our Vacation Bible School coming June 8th, 9th, and 10th! We are excited about what God is doing at Mitchell Boulevard and look forward to seeing everyone tonight!
