ITOP Youth Ministry seeks to develop Christian young men and women to become leaders, innovators, and trendsetters in their homes, schools, communities, and church through teaching, preaching, and demonstration in classes, events, and worship services. ITOP Youth are given opportunities to utilize every gift, talent, and area of interest as a part of the ministry. Our youth are loved, celebrated,

and encouraged to become everything God designed them to be and to fulfill their life purpose. We are a unique, liberated, out-of-the-box type of ministry. Under the leadership of Minister David Blackshear, the ITOP Youth Ministry knows no limits. We have awesome worship, dynamic teaching, and lots and lots of fun activities geared with the focus on youth, teens, and young adults. Join us as we seek to do ministry the way WE do ministry....

Graduates, remember this:
Your 20s are a decade of discovery, filled with growth but also potential missteps—so choose wisely. The decisions you make now will shape every decade that follows.

Your 30s become a decade of mastery, building on the skills you develop now.

Your 40s are for peaking in your purpose and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Your 50s bring cruising and stability, and

Your 60s are about reflection and rest.

To reach your full potential, be intentional and even a little selfish with your time and energy now. Your future depends on it.
