John's is an active, traditional Anglican parish in the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth, celebrating the fullness of the Catholic Faith in the historic Anglican tradition, under the spiritual leadership of Fr. Randall Foster assisting. Bob Bosworth, counselor and assisting. As part of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth (http://www.fwepiscopal.org), we are a constituent member parish of the worldw
ide Anglican Communion, under the leadership of our Bishop, the Rt. Ryan S. Reed. Those who seeking the Lord Jesus through prayer, sacramental worship, and biblical teaching will find St. John’s to be their spiritual home, and St. John’s parishioners their warm parish family. We worship in the ancient tradition of the Holy Eucharist being our primary form of worship, and within the framework of the historic English prayer book tradition. We use the 2019 (ACNA) and 1928 American Books of Common Prayer, and the 1982 Hymnal. In addition to our worship schedule we maintain an active program of Christian Formation. This includes adult Bible Studies, book and theological studies for children and adults. We also use the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd as our standard children's program. Please contact our church office at 817-927-5341 or [email protected] to inquire further about our parish life and ministry. Better yet, please visit us on Sunday morning!
