University UMC Fort Worth Thursday night Wiggle Church for kids. Sunday morning worship at 10 & 11am. 1 minute from TCU. There is a place for everyone at University!

University United Methodist Church is a faith community serving the near south side of Fort Worth, including the TCU campus, Paschal High School and surrounding community. We are a community growing together in our faith and service to the world. We ask questions, we share our stories and we support one another through life's ups and downs. University is a church where everyone is welcome - no matter our experiences, our circumstances, or our challenges.

💜 Looking for your family’s people?

Making friends as a grown-up can be hard. Finding a place where your kids feel like they belong, too? Sometimes that’s even harder.

That’s one of the things we love about Wiggle Church. Kids play together. Grown-ups connect. We learn names. We share dinner. We worship, laugh, sing, and grow together. And somewhere along the way, unfamiliar faces start becoming your people. 💚

This week in 5 Things: Five Ways We Grow With God, we’re exploring Baptism 💦 and a pretty BIG idea for little hearts:

We are part of God’s family—and there’s room for everyone.

Does ancient wisdom still hold true in 2026? 👀

Because let's face it...

Loyalty. Faithfulness. Steadfastness.

They're not exactly the words racking up millions of views from influencers. 📱

We're surrounded by messages telling us to stay current. Reinvent ourselves. Chase what's next. Be more impressive. Be more noticeable.

But in this Back to School Sunday message, Rev. Dr. Beth Evers asks a wonderfully countercultural question:

What if the things that don't change are exactly what we need most?

Maybe it's less about keeping up with what's trending—and more about knowing who you are, what you value, and what you believe.

Because trends change.

Algorithms change.

What's considered “cool” definitely changes. 😏

But character? Faithfulness? Being someone others can trust?

Those might never go out of style.
