First Grade Bible Presentation is such a fantastic tradition at Travis Avenue Baptist Church. Our pastor explains how they can use their new Bible as they are learning to read, and they are excited to begin! What a great group of precious kids God has given us. Thank you to those who tithe and give offerings to help us provide new Bibles to these kids.

Wednesday, July30 is our last Family Summer Day for 2025. We will meet at Bicentennial Park, 900 East Glendale in Crowley at 9:30am to play on the various playgrounds. The Splash Pad opens at 10am so we will move to the Splash Pad after getting warmed up on the slides and swings. We hope to see you there!

Adventure Journey Camp is going so well!! Our own Vanessa Cates came today to share with the entire camp about the Travis mission trip to Portugal, but more importantly about ways we can all share Jesus with people we meet. Our kids have acted out Bible stories, been swimming, learned to dive, been blobbing and jumping off platforms into the water, doing a Zipline , etc. They have learned to do archery and shoot BB guns. And they have worshipped at Riverbend Retreat Center. Our fabulous counselors are taking great care of our kids.

Join us Wednesday morning for a fun day of racing on the dual water slide, water balloon fights and other water activities for kids of all ages. Parents can race their child on the water slide! We hope to see you at 9:30am in the north fenced in lawn near the Children's Building.
