In the heart of Mexico City, there are opportunities all around to reach people with the gospel, and that’s exactly what our Young Adults ministry has been doing this past week.

From walking the city and stepping into gospel conversations to hosting a day of games and activities for local kids, our team has had countless opportunities to share the love of Christ. Through every conversation and every interaction, they have sought to faithfully do what God has called them to do while trusting him to move in ways that only he can.

It has been a beautiful trip marked by God's mercy, and there is still more to come as other Christ Chapel ministries head out this summer. Continue to pray that hearts would respond to the gospel, lives would be changed, and God would be glorified.

Making disciples.

What does that actually mean?

We talk about it often around here because it’s not just a phrase — it’s the way of life Jesus invited his followers into. And while there are many ways to live it out, here’s one simple invitation for today: encourage one another toward doing good.

What could that look like for you this week? Maybe sending a verse to a friend, praying with someone, or simply asking how you can encourage them today.

To our incredible police officers and their families, thank you for everything you do — both the seen and the unseen.

Each year at Christ Chapel, we host our Bless the Blue event through our Local Outreach ministry, and it continues to be one of the most meaningful days on our calendar. It’s a chance to come together across our campuses, share a meal with officers and their families at local restaurants, and offer a small gift as a way of saying thank you.

The courage, dedication, sacrifice, and bravery it takes to serve and protect our communities does not go unnoticed. As a church, we are deeply grateful for our officers, and for the opportunity to spend time together.

Another full and meaningful day together — gathering in worship, connecting with familiar faces, and meeting new ones along the way. There’s something steady and grounding about Sundays like this: stepping into community, hearing truth, and being reminded of what matters most.

Grateful for the time spent together and the simple gift of showing up as a church family. Already looking forward to next Sunday.
