Faith Outreach Church International, Inc. is a 501 (C) 3 organization, also known as Evangelism In Action and Charles Rogers Ministries and was founded by Dr. Rogers. He also founded Faith Theological Seminary for those in ministry and Faith Christian Schools (K-12) in Africa. Dr. Rogers has been in ministry since 1958 and has pastored churches in Texas and evangelized throughout the U.S. and 72 o

ther countries. He has a passion to preach the inspired Word of God to encourage the body of Christ to live victoriously, even in perilous times. Since 1973, he has also carried out his God given assignment of winning the lost, establishing indigenous churches, clinics, schools, Bible Training Centers and seminaries on the Continent of Africa. During this time, over 3000 African ministers have been trained and consecrated to preach the original Gospel of Jesus Christ. Developing African ministers and leaders to impact their nations for Jesus Christ continues to be a priority and aided as higher Christian education becomes more accessible online. Anywhere internet is available, students can now attend online through Star University and receive the same quality. Education offered in America or Europe without leaving their homeland. Dr. Rogers also serves as Chairman of the Board of Star University as well as Star’s Executive Director for the Center for Global Ministries and Director for the Center for Global Missions which now makes online higher Christian Education accessible in the here and now.
