This summer, three of our Horned Frog Battalion Nurse Cadets had the opportunity to participate in the Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP)!🩺🇺🇸

NSTP gives Army ROTC Nurse Cadets the opportunity to train alongside Army nurses in real-world clinical settings, gaining hands-on experience while developing as both future nurses and Army officers.

With the graduation of our final Cadets, the Horned Frog Battalion has officially wrapped up CST 2026! 🐸💜

This summer, in addition to completing CST, Cadet Ward attended the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps Internship Program at Fort Hood, TX!

CDT Ward served as a legal intern with the JAG Corps, rotating through Military Justice, Trial Defense Services, Administrative Law, Legal Assistance, and National Security Law. He conducted legal research and writing while working alongside Army Judge Advocates to support Soldiers and commanders.

Congratulations to CDT Schneider on earning her Airborne wings after successfully completing the three-week Airborne School at Fort Moore, Georgia! Through rigorous training and determination, she met the challenges of one of the Army’s most demanding courses. Reflecting on her experience, CDT Schneider shared, “It definitely pushed me past my limits but made me more resilient.” Congratulations on this outstanding achievement, and best wishes as you continue to lead with resilience and excellence!Airborne! 🪂

“Advanced Camp focuses on problem-solving in an operational setting to develop leader competencies; those intangible traits and attributes allow leaders to thrive in challenging conditions. Advanced Camp consists of 9 regiments composed of more than 6,000 Cadets.“
