The Lord does not delay his promise, as some consider it to be late; but he is patient with us, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3: 9

Understanding: 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 3 and a quarter ... 3 and a half... Ah, the cry of preparation from many parents. We want to discipline our children, but also give each of them opportunities to do the right thing. So we delay our count. Our friends make fun of us and see us as weak. They think we give them too many opportunities. What they don't understand is that we don't want to have to punish them. So we count ... slow. And we give punishments that “ forget ” exercise. Not that we are lazy. It's just that we love our children and we don't want to continue something that we know will hurt them. This is how God works with us. He has promised us that there will be a trial. And on that day, some will be received in Paradise and others condemned to Hell. But He wants no one to perish. So, He slows down the account. He wants everyone to have an opportunity to change their iniquity. However, let us not confuse God's kindness for weakness. He will keep his promise. And on that day, the price will be paid. The time to repent is now, as He continues to count.

Today's prayer: Father, thank you for Your mercy. You want no one to perish, but everyone to come to Christ. Thank you for the many opportunities you have given me to make the right choice. Thank you for not finishing the account before you reconsidered. Amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🙏🏽

PARENTS

Ephesians 6: 4 And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but raise them in discipline and admonition of the Lord. Proverbs 22: 6 Instruct the child in his way, And even when he is old he will not turn away from him. Proverbs 29: 15-17 15 The rod and correction give wisdom; But the spoiled boy will shame his mother. 16 When the wicked are many, much is transgression; But the righteous will see their ruin. 17 Correct your son, and he will give you rest, And he will give joy to your soul. Psalms 78: 3-8 3 Which we have heard and understood; That our parents told us. 4 We will not cover them up for their children, Telling the next generation the praises of Jehovah, And his power, and the wonders he did. 5 He established testimony in Jacob, And put law in Israel, Which commanded our parents to notify their children; 6 For the next generation to know, and the children who will be born; And those who will rise will tell their children, 7 That they may put their trust in God, And don't forget the works of God; Let them keep his commandments, 8 And do not be like his parents, stubborn and rebellious Generation; Generation that did not set his heart, Nor was his spirit faithful to God.

Good morning, today's word is ... “ So if my people, upon whom my name is invoked, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their evil ways, I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sins, and restore their land.' 2 Chronicles 7:14 NTV When the revival begins within the church, it will surely have an impact on the local community. Today, we change our prayers from being intrinsic to being extrinsic. God's desire is that “ no one perish ”. Our cities are full of people who need the transforming power of God's life. Prayer is powerful. Prayer can impact someone in front of you or someone around the world. The Bible tells us: “ The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective ”. When we pray, things happen. John Wesley once said: “ God does nothing except in response to the prayer of faith ”. Let's take today's devotional time and turn it into a prayer meeting for your community. Today's prayer; Heavenly Father, today we pray that you would tear down the fortresses of evil that hold this community captive in sin. We ask that every evil plan; of corruption within companies, the s*x industry, child trafficking and any other unjust evil, be exposed and destroyed. May this community be a light to You. That you continue to guide us, protect us and keep us safe. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen. ¡Have a blessed day! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Morning's prayer:

ALSO I declare to you, brothers, the gospel that I have preached to you, which you also received, in which you also persevere; 1 Corinthians 15:1

Occasionally, we have to be reminded of where we come from. We have to go back to where we started. That is what Paul is doing in this verse. He is reminding the church of the gospel that he taught them at first, the one that made them believe. Their reminder is designed to bring back their collective memories of the feeling of that “ first love ” they had when they met Christ. Sometimes people who have been married for a long time take for granted the miracle of their marriage. They disagree with the person to whom they promised their lives. Sometimes it is necessary for the couple to start dating again in order to remind themselves why they fell in love at first. The same is true in our relationship with God. After years of being Christians, our passion for God stagnates and we need to remember why we fell in love with Him at first.

Today's prayer:
Father, help me love you as I loved you when I hardly knew you. Don't let me take the miracle of my salvation for granted. If I come to a place where I have begun to forget my first love, remind me of where I was when You found me. Amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

And he said: Naked I came out of my mother's womb, and naked I will return there. Jehovah gave, and Jehovah took away: let the name of Jehovah be blessed. Job 1:21

We start life alone. It is true that some of us have more material comforts or better family relationships, but all of this comes from other people, not from ourselves. Ultimately, everything we have can be returned to God. And when we start from this life, being on account or not with Him is all we take.

Today's prayer: Lord, in times of prosperity and in times of deprivation, I praise you. Teach me not to desire the comforts and pleasures of this life, but to seek you first. Because You are the one who gives all the good gifts, and without You, even if I have the world, I have nothing. Thank you because when the things of this world fail, they fall apart and burn, Your love remains. In the name of Jesus, amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Because you have not received the spirit of servitude to be in fear again; but you have received the spirit of adoption, by which we cry, Abba, Father. Romans 8:15

The Bethel Temple praise group released a song in 2015 called “ No Longer Slaves ” which in Spanish means “ we are no longer slaves ”. The letter brought into Spanish would say “ I am no longer a slave to fear./ I am a child of God ”. The lyrics of this song were taken directly from this writing. As children of God, we are adopted into His family, with 100% of the rights and privileges that come with that distinction. We don't have to prowl the outskirts of the periphery, eat crumbs, and fear punishment. We were completely bought by the blood of Jesus Christ. ¡That makes us children of the Most High God! We are no longer enslaved by those things that once bound us. We are free in the Spirit of the Lord and by the sacrifice of our loving Savior.

Today's prayer:
Precious Lord, thank you for removing my yoke of servitude. Thank you for taking me into your family and making me your son. Erase the slave mentality that sometimes makes me stumble and replace it with the confidence that I belong to you. Amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Today's word is ... “ And all this is a gift from God, who gave us back himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people with him. Because God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer taking into account the sins of men. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. So we are ambassadors for Christ; God is making his calling through us. We speak for Christ when we plead: “ Return to God! ” Because God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made righteous with God through Christ. ” 2 Corinthians 5: 18-21 NTV You are not saved to sit down; you are saved to be sent. It is important to remember that we have the task of bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost world. This is not the call of a select few, it is the mandate for all believers. God does not need your ability, but He wants your availability. Our prayer today is that God will highlight friends and family who are far from Him and that we say “ yes ” to be intentional to see them come to faith. There are some very practical things you can do to reach out to others. One is simply praying for them. God will begin to prepare their hearts as soon as you prepare yours. ¡Share the gospel with them! The true gospel is: 1 ) God loves you and has a plan for your life. 2 ) We have all sinned and sin separates us from God. 3 ) A sacrifice is needed for our sins, and that's why Jesus came. 4 ) We need to put our faith in Christ and by His grace we can be saved. It is the Holy Spirit who finally changes lives, but let us respond to His call to go and share the Good News with those around us. Today's prayer; Heavenly Father, help us to be witnesses in the world around us. We are available to whoever we communicate: be they coworkers or people who stare at us across the table. We pray that they will get to know you. Use us to be a small part of how great you want to do in their lives. We say “ yes ” today. That you continue to guide us, protect us and keep us safe. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen! ¡¡¡¡¡Have a nice day!!!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Little children, you are of God, and you have overcome them; for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
1 juan 4: 4

This verse is an encouragement to the believer. John reminds us that “ He who is within us ” ( God ) is greater than “ He who is of this world ” ( the spirit of the antichrist ). In context, John is talking about the many false spirits that will appear in the last days. He assures the believer that the spirit of God has allowed us to overcome these false spirits. We do not have to worry because we have made the preparations by accepting the One and True God, who is greater than anything the world can offer.

Today's prayer:
Mighty God, You are strong and holy. There is none like you. You keep me strong in the face of bad influences and false doctrines. Help me to hear only Your voice among the many false voices in the world. Remind me that Your presence within me is greater than anything in this world. Amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

You have loved justice, and hated evil; For this reason God, your God, anointed you with oil of joy more than your companions.
Hebrews 1: 9

¿Is Jesus only a good moral teacher, or is he much more? He is the second person of the Trinity, God made flesh. He alone is just, and He alone is above all others. The Father is pleased with the Son and has revealed himself through him for his kingdom.

Today's prayer:
Lord God, we thank you for not being hidden from us. You have revealed yourself in Jesus and we receive him with joy. Thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus that cleanses us from sin and fills us with Your virtue. Thank you because, through Jesus, we can know you and enter Your kingdom. In the name of Jesus, amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

To leave, as for the past way of living; the old man who is flawed according to the desires of error; Ephesians 4:22

¿Have you ever “ turned off ” someone? You know, that person who keeps asking if you want to go out for a coffee, or that acquaintance who is now selling candles or bags or leggings and continues to invite you to his online party. It is not that we do not like these people; it is simply that their persistence has caused us to lose interest in them. Sometimes we could be “ off ” for something offensive that someone said, and that changes our perception of that person. Or maybe we go to our favorite restaurant and see a mouse slip through the dining room. That for sure is something that “ extinguishes ” your appetite. Older adults used to talk about “ removing appetite ” in reference to something that caused them nausea. It is interesting that the Bible instructs us to turn off or avoid conversations with the “ old ” — our old self —. We have to avoid entertaining our old punching self, lest we begin to think like our old sinful being, who is corrupt and deceitful. ¿How come we have the sense to quench annoying or unappetizing people, but we have to be reminded to quench our sinful nature, which seeks to destroy us? If we allow ourselves to remember this warning, then the next time the old “ ” calls us, we will be ready to “ turn it off ”.

Today's prayer:
Father, thank you for reminding me that I am a new creature in You. Through you, I am not what I once was. Help me stay away from the possibility of my sinful old self. You have warned me to turn off conversations with my old self, so that I do not dwell on my past. Help me to continue advancing towards the life that You have planned for me. Thank you for your thanks and mercy. Thanks for giving me a second, third, fourth, and other opportunities. Thank you for making me again and helping me remember that Your mercies are renewed in me every day. Amen.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
