What happens when we become casual saints? Breathing in the word of God but exhaling our reconstituted versions. "Saints" have become hard-hearted and neglectful of our purpose and objectives as given to us by our creator. We have become the slanderer instead of the builder. We have compromised with the things of this world and forsaken the sanctity on which our spiritual foundation was built. Where do we stand as the church? Are we bitter and angry? Have we completely forgotten that Jesus was our first example of unconditional love? Where, I ask you, does the sinner and ungodly find a place of repentance if we have abandoned our heavenly garments in exchange for the filthy garments we threw away? We have one goal and one purpose; let's get it done!

What took me 20 years to learn?

1. You don't owe anyone an explanation!
2. Never invest more in anyone than you invest in yourself.
3. You will only have about 3 GREAT friends!
4. It takes courage, but do it afraid.
5. Family is not limited to DNA connections.
6. Give yourself some grace; mistakes are learning opportunities.
7. Boundaries are essential to growth.
8. Protect your peace; once it's gone it's hard to retrieve.
9. TAKE VACATIONS!!
10. Live, laugh, and love more. Life is what you make it!
