🎶One of the gifts of gathering with the saints each Lord’s Day is hearing the truth of God sung back to us—not by a performer, or the worship team, but by the people beside us.

As TRBC lifted her voice in the final verse of Behold Our God, we were reminded again where our eyes belong: not on ourselves, but on the One who reigns, the King to whom nothing can compare.

These are truths worth singing loudly. Truths worth teaching our children. Truths worth sharing with those we meet. Truths worth reminding one another of, week after week.

Behold our God. Behold our King. Come, let us adore Him.

New Wednesday Night rhythms start this week!

Wednesday nights at TRBC are built around a shared meal and the study of God’s Word together.

We will gather each week at 5:30 PM for a fellowship meal, followed at 6:30 PM by a church-wide Bible study working verse by verse through the book of Ephesians.

Our new kids class for ages 5 through 11, and childcare for children under 5 run alongside the adult study, so parents are free to take part while their children are cared for and taught at their own level.

Please register each week so we can plan for the meal and staff childcare appropriately.

*You’re welcome to bring your own food for the fellowship meal or you may reserve a spot for the provided meal when registering.

Equipping classes for adults and kids start back THIS Sunday, August 16th at 9 am!

Lord willing, both classes will spend the equipping hour on Sundays for the next 20 weeks walking through each article of our faith, one at a time.

TRBC members and friends! Please make plans to join us on August 22 at 9 am for our first Parenting Seminar where we will consider together what it means to raise children for the glory of God.

Our speaker is Matt Schmucker, the founding executive director of 9Marks and a longtime member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. Matt has also helped lead the Together for the Gospel conference and now serves as a director of the CROSS Conference. He and his wife, Eli, have five adult children and ten grandchildren, and he brings decades of pastoral experience to the subject of raising children under the authority of God’s Word.

Did you know TRBC has a library cart available every Sunday? 📚📖

It has books for all ages — board books, picture books, chapter books and even some parenting books! Our desire is simple: to put good books into the hands of our church family because faithful books help us know God’s Word more deeply and love Christ more fully.

The cart is available before and after each service. Members, visitors and their children, alike, are welcome to make use of the cart by grabbing a book to browse during corporate worship if needed and returning it after service.

TRBC members and their children are welcome to check out one book per person for one week.

It’s located outside of the chapel and near the coffee! Stop by this Sunday and take a look! 📚📖

What a joy it was to gather on the Lords day to sing his praises, hear the word preached and to see our brother baptized!

The great comfort to the Christian is knowing that our hope does not rest in our strength, wisdom, or faithfulness. Instead it is secured in what Christ has done for us, that which we could never do for ourselves, and He continues to sustain us day by day.

This hymn is a sweet reminder that every step of the Christian life—from salvation to sanctification—is dependent upon God’s grace. We press on, not because we are sufficient, but because Christ is at work in us.

Whatever lies before you, you do not walk alone. The risen Christ is with His people, and He will keep them to the end.
