Proverbs 19:17 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

Here at Prince of Peace Baptist Mission, we are taking donations of orphan socks! Yes you heard it right that bag of socks in your laundry room or that box on top of your closet it now will have a loving home. We are looking for sock donations to give out to the homeless who have told me multiple times they don't care what the socks look like and if they match they just need socks. It is hard to understand when you always have warm dry socks that are clean how important they are but dirty socks, wet socks, or no socks makes life really miserable when you spend a lot of time on your feet and a lot of time walking. We also of course will take donations of matching socks and new socks but what a great opportunity to get rid of that box or bag of orphan socks that you never really know what to do with! Our church is located at 3825 Martin Street, Fort Worth, Texas. Please drop them off at one of the doors and we will make sure they find a loving home! Thank you for your time and God bless!
