Grace Episcopal Church Fort Wayne

Grace Episcopal Church Fort Wayne We are an inclusive community that respects the dignity of every human being. Grace Episcopal Church is a welcoming church.

Therefore, whoever you are in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability and wherever you are on your faith journey, we welcome you. No matter what your faith background is, or where you find yourself in your journey, you are invited to come worship with us and experience a faith community that is dedicated “to seek and serve Christ in all persons.”

We

are a congregation within the Episcopal Church, in the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Indiana. We worship at the “church on the hill” located in southwest Fort Wayne in a neighborhood close to I-69 and US 24. Our Sunday 9:30 am liturgy is the core of who we are as a faith community. We have a blended service of contemporary and traditional music. Our community environment for liturgy is both relaxed and welcoming.

The Episcopal Church is committed to honoring the dignity of every human and making our communities safer and more compassionate. We have invited Sandra Garza of Fuerza Unida to speak at our church this Thursday about how we can support Latino and immigrant communities right here in Fort Wayne.

We recognize that we live in a broken world. As we bear witness to injustice carried out against families who have done no wrong, the saints who are Grace Episcopal stand by our values and work to act as our consciences demands, as we are called to do by Jesus’ teachings. We will care for the stranger in our midst.

Join us on Thursday, May 7th at 7 PM. All are welcome.

Today at Grace, we celebrated a beautiful and meaningful day with three confirmations and three baptisms.

A heartfelt thank you to Bishop Sparks, Father Tom, and Reverend Hilleson for being part of this special occasion!

We are overjoyed to have Randy, Kendall, Kyle, Kaizer, and Annabelle as members of our congregation. Your Grace family is so glad you’re here!

On Easter Sunday, we celebrated the resurrection of Christ alongside our brothers and sisters across the world. Father Tom Hansen joined us and blessed the donations that our congregation collected for Street Reach for the Homeless. These blankets, socks, hygiene items, and more will help our neighbors care for themselves, especially on these spring chilly nights!
Alleluia, Christ is risen!

He is Risen! Happy Easter to all!
