Bridge of Grace Ministries Bridge of Grace aims to help provide HOPE to southeast Fort Wayne residents through Housing, Opportunity, Progress, and Education.

We use asset-based community development to engage the people we serve. Through our mission of empowering people to build on their God-given strengths and live life with purpose, we endeavor to break the cycle of poverty and build thriving and

sustainable neighborhoods alongside engaged and indigenous community leaders. We use Asset-Based Community Development methodology for the sustainable development of communities based on their strengths and potentials. This approach puts people at the center as we identify what is good in our community so that we can build on the assets instead of focussing on challenges and what is wrong in our community.

We’re breaking ground! 🏠

Bridge of Grace Ministries, in partnership with Royal Developments, is excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of our new Affordable Housing Triplex Project in Southeast Fort Wayne!

This project will bring 8 new triplexes and 24 affordable housing units to the Mount Vernon Park and Pettit-Rudisill neighborhoods—another important step toward creating quality housing opportunities for families in our community.

🏡🪏What a great way to end the week with volunteers participating in United Way of Allen County’s Day of Caring!

We are grateful that GM Lear/Community Service UAW 3055 came to start the demolition of one of our houses, 4821 S Park.

They removed the original kitchen cabinets, paneling, the shower, toilet, bath, as well as clean up the yard and helped cut up a fallen tree. Such amazing and hard workers!

Strong, healthy neighborhoods are built on relationships. This week, our H.E.A.L. (Healthy Eating Active Living) Spanish Classes officially kicked off!

Over the course of 8 sessions, participants are learning how to prepare healthy meals while cultivating meaningful friendships along the way.
