Assalamalikum,

The Islamic Center of Fort Wayne will be hosting a Back-2-School giveaway in partnership with ICNA relief for the 2022-2023 school year. The event will be hosted at Islamic Center of Fort Wayne (address below) on August 14rh from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. The giveaway will be open to the entire community.

Assalamalikum,

As the 10 most important days of the year are among us, we wanted to take a moment and make sure the community realized the importance of these days. Make sure to increase the amount of good deeds, donations, and fasting during this time. May Allah accept all our good deeds and efforts.

Inshallah Eid has been announced to be on Saturday, July 9th. The Eid prayer will take place at the North Plex (address below) with takbeerat starting at 8:15am and the prayer at 8:30am. Please make sure to bring your own prayer rugs and make wudu at home. Breakfast will be served after the prayer.

Jazakumallahu Khair and Inshallah we see you all there

May Allah accept all our fasting, duass, and good deeds and make us among those who are forgiven in this holy month.

Eid has been announced to be on Monday, May 2nd. Eid prayer will be held at the North Plex, address below, with Takbeerat beginning at 8:15am and salah at 8:45am. Please make wudu at home and bring a prayer rug with you.

وَمَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَٰلَهُمُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ مَرْضَاتِ ٱللَّهِ وَتَثْبِيتًۭا مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ كَمَثَلِ جَنَّةٍۭ بِرَبْوَةٍ أَصَابَهَا وَابِلٌۭ فَـَٔاتَتْ أُكُلَهَا ضِعْفَيْنِ فَإِن لَّمْ يُصِبْهَا وَابِلٌۭ فَطَلٌّۭ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ ٢٦٥

And the example of those who donate their wealth, seeking Allah’s pleasure and believing the reward is certain,1 is that of a garden on a fertile hill: when heavy rain falls, it yields up twice its normal produce. If no heavy rain falls, a drizzle is sufficient. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do.
