Calling all alumni and friends‼️🚨📢

This Saturday, May 9th, from 9am-12pm we will be cleaning, packing, and moving the CLHS music wing.

This will include moving over 400 music boxes*, sound shells, risers, filing cabinets and more.

*some items will be stored off campus meaning some volunteers will need a vehicle.

If you are free to help grab a friend and come join us!

Yesterday the A Ca****la Choir participated in the ISSMA High School State Qualifications Round. 🎵

They received a GOLD rating with distinction for their performance, and a GOLD rating for their sight reading! 🏅

Do you need a piano???

CLHS has three upright pianos we would love to rehome. We simply do not have enough space for them - currently or even after renovations. They all seem to play well and have good action but know that they haven't been tuned in over 5 years.

We are wanting to give these pianos away, completely free of charge. You would just be responsible for moving costs/logistics.

Take home a piece of CLHS Choral History for FREE! 🎵

The CLHS choral department has been a premiere program for decades, resulting in a large supply of plaques and awards. In the spirit of cleaning during ongoing renovations, CLHS is happy to announce that alumni now have the opportunity to claim ISSMA plaques as a keepsake of their time in the choral program. See below for the plaques that are available from each year/ensemble and photo example.

Plaques will be given out, free of charge, on a first come first serve basis. Please contact Mr. Weander.

*Please note, CLHS is not disposing of ANY state finalist plaques or ISSMA Jazz trophies.

This afternoon, they headed to Franklin Central to compete in the ISSMA Vocal Jazz Ensemble State Competition. We’re so proud of these talented students as they share their gifts, lift their voices, and represent our school and mission on the state stage.
