All means all.

In 1 John 1, we’re reminded that walking in the light doesn’t mean pretending we’re perfect. It means acknowledging our sin, trusting Jesus completely, and living in the freedom of His forgiveness.

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9

Same house. Same room. Same moment in time. Entirely disconnected. 🎧

Is that sometimes how your relationship with God feels? Not because He's not present. Not because He's not speaking. We've just gotten really good at noise-canceling.

This is week one of our new series, Living in the Light. Watch the full sermon at https://emmanuelcommunity.org/watch-listen/sermons/messages/living-in-the-light-1

Today we had the privilege of celebrating our graduating seniors.

We are grateful for who they are, proud of how they have grown, and excited for the next season God has in front of them.

Join us in praying for these students as they step forward to know Jesus, do what He says, and make Him known.

Raise your hand if you've ever compared yourself to someone else and walked away feeling either really good about yourself... or really lousy. 🙋

Yeah. We've all been there.

The comparison game is something every one of us plays — and Proverbs 14:30 has something to say about where it leads us: "A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones."

This clip is from this past weekend's message and it hit close to home for a lot of people in the room. If you missed it or want to share it with someone who needs to hear it, the full message is here: https://emmanuelcommunity.org/watch-listen/sermons/messages/his-word-my-walk-4

You don’t need to master God’s Word. But you do need a habit of being in it. That’s what God uses to spark transformation in real life.

Pastor Josh shared two questions he asks himself daily—not just when he’s doing well, but especially when he’s not.

If you’re building a habit of time with God, this might be one of the most practical takeaways from last week’s message.

“Hey Mark — we’ve got a connection problem.”

25 years ago, that’s what Jesus said to guest speaker Mark Vincenti, Campus Pastor of .

And ever since, Jesus has kept inviting him back — in the middle of a life of always being on the go, chasing the next accomplishment, battling fear of man, FOMO, approval addiction, anxiety, and an ADHD brain.

Sound familiar?

The invitation is the same for every one of us:
“Abide in my love.”

Maybe you’re just so darn busy you’re about to miss it. Don’t.

Maybe you're hiding it. Minimizing it. Telling yourself you'll clean up before coming back to God.

Pastor Josh shares how the story in John 8 — a woman caught in adultery, brought before Jesus — gave him a whole new framework for understanding sin and grace. Four words he's never stopped saying: totally exposed, totally accepted.
