The Car-to-Car team encountered many Community Harvest Food Bank visitors at St. Peter’s on Friday, August 28.
We invited them to Fr. Bartholomew’s Healing Service, shared information about the parish, and asked if there was anything we could pray for them. Many allowed us to pray with them on the spot. It was a beautiful day and the Holy Spirit was truly present during several interactions. We encountered a woman who saved our flyer from last time and was planning to bring her son to the healing service that evening - he’s been struggling with a Sickle Cell crisis and resulting depression. A few were moved to tears after our team prayed for them and thanked us for being there.
Special thanks to Dave & Hope Andersen, Andy Wright, and Dave MacDonald who joined us.
