As we come to the close of this year, I find myself especially grateful for these last 3 years as Lifehouse’s Youth Leader. To our students and families… thank you for your trust, your presence, and the ways you’ve allowed MaxLife to be a place of growth and connection. To our volunteer leaders… thank you for showing up, adjusting, serving, and loving students consistently, often in ways that go unseen. A special thank you to “Drummer Josh” Blauser and Melissa Green, whose steady presence and faithfulness have been a constant through every season. Your leadership has carried more weight than most will ever realize. And to Dan Green, Carrie Dillard, Sean Barvais, Meisha Price, Josh Clemens, and Stephen Cardenas… thank you for stepping in, serving faithfully, and investing in the lives of our students while I’ve been in leadership. This season of MaxLife has been one I stepped into out of obedience, with very little certainty about what it would look like. Lifehouse gave me the opportunity to simply show up, be available, and trust that God would do the work He intended to do. And He has. I am deeply encouraged by what is continuing to take shape within our students and this church body, and I look forward with confidence to what is ahead under Rylan Lochmueller’s leadership and passion!
