An architect sketches out blueprints when they have an idea or plan they want conveyed to others. The blueprint gives details on exactly how the plan is to be carried out. The architect is very detailed in drawing the blueprints to make sure it is followed precisely to create or manifest his/her idea. The architect gives the blueprints to someone who will carry out the vision they have drawn.
If not followed exactly, as when building a house, for example, the foundation may be off. The beams may not be correctly aligned, angles in rooms must be accurately paralleled or perpendicular so there is nothing off centered. Otherwise, you may discover upon building that things aren't aligned and have to rebuild, or readjust to make things align. Imagine getting ready to finish the roof of a house only to discover it won't properly align because you missed an instruction.
Well, God is our architect. He has a blueprint for our lives. It is our job to follow His blueprint. He has an exact and detailed plan for our lives that we were created to fulfill. No one else can carryout the blueprints for your life but you. When we don't align ourselves with His word, which is the Master plan, we find ourselves "off", out of sync, and things just don't come together correctly.
We may have to readjust and sometimes start over if we missed instructions or didn't follow directions. God has entrusted you and I to carry out His vision for our lives. Remember, He is the Architect, we are just carrying out His plan. But in order to carry out the plan, you must be able to read the blueprints.
God is saying to someone..I have a plan for your life. From before you were born...but you must divinely align yourself with me thru prayer, fasting and a closer relationship. His plan is perfect and He knows you have what it takes to fulfill the plan by the leading of His spirit.
But it must be done His way!!!! Imagine if the architecture makes a blueprint for a round house, but you decide to add your own ideas and make it square. But the land is spaced and conducive for a round shape. While you may be able to make it work somehow, it is not the original plan and it is not the best! Down the road there begin to be issues with the home because it wasn't built the way it was intended for that land.
It's the same with us. God knows how we are built and where we will be most productive. Many have detoured, many are not in their ordained territory or have added in their own thoughts and ideas to what God has said, but down the road, around the corner when issues arise, you wonder why. He has the best plan and even though your plan seemed to work for a period of time..in the end...there are repercussions.
God is the architecture and the only one who can edit His plan is Him!! Otherwise, we are out of position, out of alignment, and we may find our lives not parallel to that of Christ, but perpendicular. In other words, they cross, they intersect, they clash.
Go back, read and follow the blueprints. Ask God what He has for you. Don't deviate, don't add, don't take away. He is the Master!!! He knows our ending from the beginning.
