Mt. Joy Soul Saving Station Originated and grown in the heart of NW, Washington, DC, Mt. Pastor Hattie M. It highlights her journey from lost to found, darkness to light and death to life.

Joy Soul Saving Station has been a beacon of hope for the various families and individuals that have made their way through its doors at one point or another. Though it would be counted as a small church with an intimate congregation, the joyous spirit within the walls of the building is big! Visitors both near and far all have declared that they have felt nothing but love once they entered throug

h the front doors. Bynum who founded the church has been on fire for God for over 60 years, and recently became the author of her first book: "The Making of A Minister". Another recent major change was the passing of her pastoral mantle from her hands into the capable hands of her son, John G. Bynum II. He is the current pastor of the church. With the new wave of both young and old God-chasers on the scene, it was time for a change, and Pastor John has taken the reigns, steering the church in the right direction, with the help of God! We invite you to come and worship with us, praise party with us and let us love on YOU!! SUNDAY: 10AM - Sunday School
