The second night of VBS was powered by pizza rolls, smiling faces, and a lesson or two about repentance and the grace of Jesus Christ. "Sticky Scripture" is a hit. And "Imagination Station" marvels the children every night. You would smile if you heard the children talk about God creating the heavens and the earth. We give thanks for your volunteers--both youth and adults.

We had a good time at Bingo last night raising money for scholarships to send kids to Oakwood Summer Camp! Everyone enjoyed it including our youth group. We are all about connecting people to Christ and Summer camp is a great way to have divine encounters and friendships made!

We had a blast at the youth lock in! Rock painting, a trip to Jeremiah's Shaved Ice for a treat in Niceville and finished the night with hours of Karaoke and video games. What a night! Hopefully Chris Max Krol and Cathy Wyant can recuperate and keep their sanity after all of this.....

Romans 5 will be read in worship this week. Many of us have confidence issues…over confidence, lack of confidence, or even self-confidence. The essence of Paul’s letter this week is build your life on the foundation of peace and confidence in God. Not by checking boxes on a list, but by celebrating the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
