What a powerful service we had today!🙌🔥

Pastor preached a timely message from Genesis 22:
“When God Asks for Your Isaac”

Sometimes God will ask us to place on the altar the very thing we prayed for, waited for, and love deeply. Abraham discovered that the test wasn’t really about Isaac—it was about trust, obedience, and complete surrender.

When Abraham was willing to surrender it all, God already had a ram waiting in the thicket! 🙌

Whatever God is asking you to lay down, trust Him. The God who provided before will provide again.

🔥 There is provision on the other side of obedience.
🔥 There is purpose in the surrender.
🔥 God can be trusted with your Isaac.

“And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh…” — Genesis 22:14

So thankful for the Word, the worship, and the presence of God we felt today! ❤️🙌

Last night, Pastor took us on such a powerful journey through Psalm 23, and I’m still thinking about it today. ❤️

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” — Psalm 23:1

What a reminder that no matter what season we are walking through, we have a Shepherd.

When we’re weary, He makes us lie down.
When we’re thirsty, He leads us beside still waters.
When we’re depleted, He restores our soul.
When we don’t know which way to go, He leads us.
And when we find ourselves walking through a valley, He doesn’t leave us there—He walks THROUGH it with us!

David never said there wouldn’t be valleys, enemies, or difficult seasons. He simply knew that none of those things changed who his Shepherd was.

That little word “through.”
“Yea, though I walk THROUGH the valley…”

The valley is not your destination. Keep walking! 🙌

Whatever you’re facing today, remember:

🐑 You have a Shepherd.
💚 You are being led.
🙏 You are not alone.
🙌 Goodness and mercy are still following you.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life…” — Psalm 23:6

Thankful for a Pastor who doesn’t just preach to us, but takes the time to teach us the Word and help us dig deeper. What a beautiful study of Psalm 23! ❤️📖
