Last night was a fantastic outing with the RENEW group! The Blue Wahoos won one of their two games yesterday. We are planning more activities, so I hope everyone can make the next one.

Hey RENEW! The Blue Wahoos activity is still on schedule. We have 25 tickets available to us. The game starts at 6:05 PM, so let’s plan to meet in the church parking lot at 3:45 PM. We will utilize the church vans as transportation, and in the event that we are over capacity, we will adjust our logistics as needed. We will stop for dinner while en route to the stadium. A final head count will be taken next Wednesday. I hope you can join us!

The Blue Wahoos activity is back on schedule! We are planning on going to the 6:05 PM game on July 31st. As planned before, we will meet at the church, then pack into the church vans and proceed to the stadium. More details, as far as meeting times, will be made available soon. We will stop for dinner while en route to the game. Hope you can join us!

Hey RENEW! We are going to cancel the Blue Wahoos activity for this evening. They are still projecting the winds to be over 30mph here and over 40mph (gusts could be over 60mph) in Pensacola during the time we would be driving. Sorry, but it is not safe for us to drive the vans with those kind of wind speeds. We’ll look at future dates in July to possibly make this activity happen.

For those going to the Blue Wahoos game tomorrow evening. I spoke with their rep. and he said that they have no plans to cancel the game yet. He told me that they probably won't decide until right up to game time. So, if it looks like bad weather and the forecast holds, I'm expecting it will, then I will make the call to cancel our trip sometime late morning tomorrow.

Hey RENEW! If you have been exposed to someone with COVID then please do not come to church tonight. This should go without saying, but let's practice common sense...if you are sick, staying home equals not spreading it... if you live with someone who is sick, staying home equals not spreading it. Follow the guidelines and we minimize spreading it. God bless you all!
