All,

I received this message from James Hebert this morning:

"I just spoke to Sandy Drake's wife Grace. Sandy fell Saturday morning at home and due to the fall has ruptured a blood vessel in his brain that cannot be fixed per the doctors. He has had another heart attack and he actually died, but they were able to bring him back. However, he has a DNR order (do not resuscitate)...they don't expect him to last the week...please pray!"

Please pray for Sandy and Grace and for God's comfort and peace during this ordeal.

Men, I have a request. A family in need that we have been helping needs some assistance in replacing the alternator on their car. Daniel Davis has been helping us with it, but we need to come up with about $350 to cover the parts and labor to fix. This is their only car and the mom needs it to get back and forth to her job (seasonal work at Toys R Us) and to get the kids to school and to church (they have been attending ESBC). If you can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated. just let me know via email at [email protected] or phone at 972-832-3877 and I can arrange to collect from you. Thanks so much.

Frank

All, I have just been informed by Daniel that James' dad (Dan) is en route to the ER at the VA in Fayetteville. He was complaining of lightheadedness and the doctor wants to check him out. Please pray for safe travel and a positive outcome. I will update as soon as I hear anything.
