This week our church had the privilege of attending the Regular Arkansas Young People’s Convention. The
theme was, “Marked by Jesus.” It was held at New St Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church
in Pine Bluff AR.

WHAT A TIME THEY HAD! 🔥

The Regular Arkansas Young People's Convention has been filled with powerful worship, life-changing messages, unforgettable fellowship, and mighty moves of God. Every service, every prayer, every praise has reminded us that we are truly MARKED BY JESUS!

This was more than a convention—it was an encounter. Lives were touched, hearts transformed, and young people boldly declared the name of Jesus. A movement happened.

Look what came up in our memories. As we get ready to approach vacation Bible school on Monday, let’s take a look at a few in the past.

It’s almost time for Vacation Bible School again!!!! This year it is June 22nd through June 26th, with a picnic following on Saturday, June 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM nightly.

Joyna Nevaeh Chatman is a Senior at NorthSide High School. Joyna is the daughter of Kanika Webster and Rashad Chatman. Her grandparents are Wyman and Connie Jones. Post graduation, Joyna will attend UAFS to pursue a teaching degree. Congratulations Joyna! Your church family is so proud of you!

Ashlyn Green is a Senior at NorthSide HighSchool. Ashlyn is the daughter of Ja’Mila Mcghee and Gerrod Green. Her grandparents are Ethel Willis and Lend McGhee, and Eugene Green. Ashlyn will be attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville to Major in Art History and Minor in Classical Studies. Congratulations Ashlyn! We are so proud of you!

Today we want to recognize one of our members, Whitney Jennings, on her graduation from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Whitney graduated from the College of Education and Health Professionals with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Whitney is the daughter of Terry and Jerry Jennings and the granddaughter of the late
Leon and Luretha (Hattie) Jennings, Frank and Leomia (Babe) Roberts. She plans to go on and seek her Masters degree in Public Health Education. Today we celebrate you!

Breelan Kendrick is a senior at Southside High school. She is the daughter of Britnee Kendrick, Jerrel Dotson, and Tyrone Strickland. Her grandparents are
Charles and Hellen Kendrick, and Gina and Kevin Trimble.
Upon graduation she is going to go to UAFS to continue with the JROTC program. Congratulations Breelan! We celebrate you!
