Evidence people are hungry for The Truth. Evidence God is calling us to be ready for His Spirit to be poured out. Our mission at Resurgence 2016 is to bring the church and the community together as one, for “The One” - Jesus Christ. Join us as we sound an alarm: A Call to Revival. In John 17:20-23, Jesus prays for all believers saying:
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe in Me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent Me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one - I in them and You in Me - so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.”
At Resurgence 2016, our vision is to bring the people of every denomination, race, ethnicity, gender and age together for a day of praise, worship and prayer to the One True God. We seek to usher in a spirit of revival that will shake our churches, our community, our nation and even the world. Through this day of unified prayer and worship, we will sound an alarm and awaken the hearts of saints once again. We believe in return resurgence will take place and God will respond to the cries of His people by pouring out His Spirit in a new and powerful way. We are joining community worship teams along with multiple speakers to lead God’s people into continual worship, prayer and praise for twelve hours. Our hope is that this event will create relationships beyond denominations in order to unify God’s people in revival. We pray that a “surge” of His Spirit will sweep over this region. So we invite you; come as we strive for complete unity among believers.
