We’re getting closer to an incredible Sunday as we celebrate 25 years of God’s faithfulness at New Life Church! 🌱

And this celebration is even better when we celebrate it together! So start thinking about who you can invite—your family, your friends, your coworkers, your neighbors… bring somebody with you! 🙌

This fall, we’re making room to encounter Jesus personally through prayer. 🙏

Whether you’re new to prayer or you’ve been walking with Jesus for years, there’s always room to grow. Jesus is our example—He had a vibrant prayer life and saw the power that comes from seeking the Father.

From August 31–September 4, we’ll be focusing on the Armor of God and leaning into prayer together.

Then on Wednesday, September 2, we’re gathering for First Wednesday—a night completely focused on prayer & worship. No distractions. No agenda beyond making space to seek Jesus together.

A strong household isn’t built in a single moment—it’s built through the small, everyday moments where we choose to put God at the center.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 reminds us that God’s Word should be more than something we hear at church. It should be something we carry into our homes, our conversations, and our routines. We’re called to talk about it with our children, teach it in the ordinary moments, and make faith a natural part of everyday life.

The conversations around the dinner table matter. The prayers before bed matter. The moments in the car, the encouragement when someone is struggling, and the example we set when life gets difficult—all of these are opportunities to point our households back to Jesus. It’s our job to disciple and shepherd them, and the more intentionally we do this, the better.

Building a stronger household starts with making Jesus the foundation of our everyday lives. We may not always see the impact immediately, but the seeds we plant today can shape our families for generations to come.

Don’t just build a better home. Build a household centered on Jesus. ❤️
