🫡 Day 5 | Building Character
Our pre-service activities brought all of our classes together for an exciting relay challenge centered on building godly character. Teams worked together to clear the debris, build the tallest Books of the Bible pyramid, and demonstrate Christ-like character throughout the process.
The twist? Anytime teams displayed poor character—whether through arguing, complaining, dishonesty, or disrespect—they received a time penalty. This reminded everyone that while teamwork and skills are important, our character determines how we build.
God is not only concerned with what we accomplish, but also with who we become in the process.
What began during our pre-service activities continued throughout the service as we experienced God’s presence in a powerful way. 🔥
