✨ SUNDAY RECAP

This Sunday, we were reminded that surrender is a daily choice to trust God, obey His Word, and allow Him to lead our lives. 🙌🏽

Through Mark 10:17–27, we learned about the rich young ruler, who had everything the world could offer but still longed for what only Jesus could provide. His story challenged us to ask: What are we holding onto that we haven’t fully surrendered to God?

Surrender goes beyond our finances. It includes our time, pride, relationships, plans, character, and desire for control. We are stewards, not owners, of what God has entrusted to us. When we recognize His greatness and goodness, we can trust Him even when we don’t understand His instructions.

Jesus isn’t simply asking for something from us — He is inviting us to follow Him with our whole lives.

We also had the joy of celebrating our pastors and honoring their faithfulness and obedience to God’s calling. We are grateful for their leadership and ask that we continue to love, honor, bless, and cover them and their families in prayer as they pour into the lives of others. ❤️🙏🏽

May we choose obedience over sacrifice, surrender over control, and faith over our own understanding.

Awe of God

The Fear of the Lord

This Sunday, we were reminded that the fear of the Lord produces the right posture.

Through Isaiah 6, we saw God revealed as Holy, Sovereign, King, and Lord. The way we see God determines the way we approach Him.

We can have intimacy with God without losing our reverence for Him. His grace gives us access, but His holiness calls us to humility, surrender, and awe.

Kings change. Circumstances change. Generations change. But God remains seated on the throne.

He is both the Lion and the Lamb—Savior and Lord. 👑🐑

May we never become so familiar with His presence that we lose our reverence for who He is.

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.” — Isaiah 6:3

Worship. _________________________________________________El temor del Señor

Este domingo se nos recordó que el temor del Señor genera la actitud correcta.

A través de Isaías 6, vimos a Dios revelado como Santo, Soberano, Rey y Señor. La manera en que vemos a Dios determina cómo nos acercamos a Él.

Podemos tener intimidad con Dios sin perder la reverencia hacia Él. Su gracia nos da acceso, pero su santidad nos llama a la humildad, a la entrega y al asombro.

Los reyes cambian. Las circunstancias cambian. Las generaciones cambian. Pero Dios permanece sentado en el trono.

Él es tanto el León como el Cordero: Salvador y Señor. 👑🐑

Que nunca nos familiaricemos tanto con su presencia como para perder la reverencia por quién es Él.

SUNDAY RECAP 🤍

What a beautiful Sunday together.

We worshiped, we laughed, we connected, and most importantly - we were challenged by the Word.

“Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid.” — Proverbs 12:1 ESV

One of the reminders from Sunday was simple: we all drift, so we must remain teachable.

Correction isn’t meant to destroy us - it’s meant to build us up. When correction comes from a place of love, its purpose is restoration, growth, and helping one another become more like Jesus.

LOVE CORRECTS TO RESTORE.
CORRECTION SHOULD BUILD US UP.

We’re grateful for what God is doing in our church family and for every person who joined us this Sunday. There’s nothing like growing together. ❤️

EAT. REST. RISE. What a powerful Sunday as we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Sunday and were reminded that even after great victories, we can feel exhausted, discouraged, and overwhelmed.

But God meets us with compassion, restores our strength, and prepares us for the journey ahead.

He may not always speak through the wind, earthquake, or fire—sometimes, He speaks through a gentle whisper. 🤍

You may not see the whole journey, but God does. You are not alone.

Pray. Obey. Trust.
Eat. Rest. Rise.

COME. DESCANSA. LEVÁNTATE.

Qué domingo tan poderoso: celebramos el Domingo de la Herencia Hispana y recordamos que, incluso tras grandes victorias, podemos sentirnos agotados, desanimados y abrumados.

Pero Dios sale a nuestro encuentro con compasión, restaura nuestras fuerzas y nos prepara para el camino que tenemos por delante.

Puede que no siempre hable a través del viento, el terremoto o el fuego; a veces, habla mediante un suave susurro. 🤍

Quizás no veas todo el camino, pero Dios sí lo ve. No estás solo.

Ora. Obedece. Confía.
Come. Descansa. Levántate.
