Thank you to the volunteers that help today pick up furniture from a thrift store so that we can help lots of families and also if you are on our needs waiting list and have a way to pick up items that is on your list call me this weekend and leave me a voicemail if I don't answer. 239-867-6821. I will be calling a lot of people but if I don't get to you to call you make sure u call me because we have tons of furniture and we are getting a whole lot of donations of beds and furniture this coming week but we cannot deliver because we don't have enough volunteers so if you can pick up let me know. Also if you want to volunteer and help us pick up furniture you get first choice on stuff that comes in so let me know. We need strong people who can lift and can ride with our drivers.

First Assembly Children's Ministries will be hosting the annual Easter Eggstravaganza, with over 20,000 eggs!! Kids will enjoy age-appropriate egg hunts (up to 5th grade), SWAT Team, K9 Unit, bounce houses and inflatables, face painting, candy, food, prizes, and more. Registration begins at 9 AM and the events run from 9:30 AM to Noon. Admission is free, and the candy is free! Additional food items will be available for purchase

Wow what a day yesterday and today at storage twice each day meeting with families to help with furniture. I am tired. Then tomorrow I am meeting with several families to get household items. If I did not contact you yet and you are in need of household items for the kitchen or bedding or lamps call me at 239-867-6821 and I can give you details if you want to meet tomorrow.

Hi all hope everyone is doing good. We have alot of people lately that needed prayer couple people have been in car accidents and been badly hurt and one person lost her son and several people are sick and few are trying to find another place to live. Please keep the people that has these needs in prayer. Thank you God bless u all.

Today turned out to be a good day. The ministry of helps and I were able to help 11 families today with furniture and baby stuff. Also Saturday and Sunday we helped at least 4 families. Everyone was very thankful. God is good all the time.

8-16-18 Word of the day.
We need to live by truthful words and right actions and be honest in everything we do or say.
Honesty is being free from deceit or untruthfulneiss, being sincere.
A Christian life should be with integrity and honesty. We all sin and it is easy to do. Honesty is something we must work hard at! Having a honest life is important for so many reasons: relationships with spouses and children, at our workplace, and interacting with our neighbors.

"Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices."
(Colossians 3:9)

When we lie, we are sometimes trying to avoid an uncomfortable situation that we have done or someone we know have done or we lie to make ourselves look better to people who know us or people who don't really know us. We must speak the truth in love no matter if it may bring us good or bad consequences.
God hates lying.

"Lying lips are an abomination to the LORD, but those who act faithfully are his delight."
(Proverbs 12:22)

God says lying is an abomination to Him. "abomination” means that it is utterly deplorable to God. Lying is a sin.
His only delight is reserved for those who are acting in faith.
It might be hard at times to speak the truth and be honest but
God expects us to speak the truth at all times, even when it might create problems.

(Proverbs 12:17) “Whoever speaks the truth gives honest evidence, but a false witness utters deceit.”

God has little patience when it comes to telling lies. God created us in his image and he expects us to follow his commandments.

(Matthew 12:36-37)
"But I say to you that for every word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

The words from those verses include lying.

(Rev 21:8).
"But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

In that verse
God declares that all liars who do not repent and trust in Christ will have their part in the lake of fire.

Telling the truth is not always convenient or easy but it is always the best.
We are known by our fruits so be examples of a God of truth and life by living lives of integrity and truthfulness.

8-15-18 word for the day.

God is holding your hand so do not fear he is with you.
1 John 4:18 “Perfect Love Casts Out All Fear”
Fear has less power on you the closer you are to God. God is love (Perfect love). The closer you are to him the more you feel God’s continual presence-his strength, his comfort, and his guidance. No matter the type of fear your facing you need to trust God. The key is abiding in his love, on a daily-even hourly-basis. It has to be more than a Biblical truth in your life. You need to experience it continually.

💖Sometimes you have chaos in your life and you just need to take the time to breathe and sit back and talk to God and he will help you throughout your day.
