United Body of Christ Colorado District/United Pentecostal Church International

CCLI # 20508590 It is tossed around during soaring winds, like a car in a tornado.

A single piece of wood often times becomes forgotten and left to survive the harsh element of life. It is left out in the pouring rain and soaked through to the very fibers of every grain. The snow seems to leave a brutally cold bite, and the thunderstorm's hail pounds every inch. Over time the conditions become hard to overlook. That piece of wood has become twisted, bowed, cracked, broken, batte

red, and destroyed, a remnant of what it used to be. Now beat beyond recognition by life it is disregarded as something of no value or use. That is until a Master Carpenter walks by... He sees the beauty the struggles left behind. He sees the deep grain that only comes from enduring profound stress. He sees the rough edges created by enduring mighty winds that tossed it around. He sees the potential in that broken and battered piece of wood, the potential to make something great. Slowly this Master Carpenter begins to work on this piece of wood, and when he is finished it is a priceless masterpiece. So often we see ourselves like this piece of wood. The Master Carpenter, Jesus, is always standing by waiting for us to put our life in his hands so he can form us into what he truly meant for us to be from the very beginning. That’s what we want to help with here at
New Life Worship Center. Our service times are as follows:
Sundays at 10:00 A.M & Tuesday Evening at 7:00 P.M. Everyone is welcome to come and experience what God is doing in our midst!!

Hey everyone! Let’s start this new year off right tomorrow with breakfast in the morning, followed by a powerful church service. Come prepared with the right mindset—ready for prayer, worship, and ministry.

Praise team, we really need you there for practice. God uses those who prepare themselves.

Thank you all. God bless, and have a wonderful evening.

A little poem , I wrote and read At Church yesterday.

The Night Before Christmas

It was the night before Christmas, all through the land, The world stood in need of a Savior for every man.

When all of a sudden there burst forth a light,
Shining out from a stable and piercing the night.

The heavens swung open as angels did sing,
“Glory to the Highest, for the newborn King.”

There were shepherds on hillsides, tending their flock,Who trembled with fear and stood frozen in shock.

Then the angels proclaimed, “Cast your fears away, For I bring you good tidings and great joy today.

Christ the Lord has been born, the Savior of all,
Come to rescue the world, both the great and the small.”

“Waste no time when I give you the sign—
Run with haste, to look upon your Savior’s face.

Wrapped in swaddling clothes, in a manger He lies; Go there now, do not linger, before morning’s first rise.

Tell His mother and Joseph too all these words are faithful and true.
